3. Donations

Donations to Inspire Build Motivate Inc. are voluntary and support our charitable mission. IBM is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (EIN 46-2696332); gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Because gifts are used to advance our mission, donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a gift was made in error, contact us promptly and we will work with you in good faith.

Thank-you gifts (quid pro quo contributions). From time to time we offer a token of appreciation — such as a complimentary copy of the eBook Made on Purpose for a gift of $25 or more (good-faith fair-market value $9.99). When a donor receives goods or services in return for a contribution, the tax-deductible portion is limited to the amount the gift exceeds the fair-market value of what is received. Where required, your donation acknowledgment will state a good-faith estimate of that value. This is general information, not tax advice; please consult your tax advisor.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, logos, graphics, and the Inspire Build Motivate name and emblem — is owned by or licensed to IBM and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Content is for general informational purposes and is not legal, financial, or professional advice. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site relies on and links to third-party services (such as PayPal Giving Fund, Stripe, and Google). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
