Our Story
One Vision. A Team to Build It.
Inspire Build Motivate exists because one man believed God's design for human potential is being buried beneath poverty, homelessness, and a lack of access. The compound is his answer, and a team came together to build it.
The Visionary
Jeremiah Van Wagner
Founder & Visionary
December 2010. Jeremiah Van Wagner had an encounter with faith, with Scripture, and with a set of principles that revealed something he had never been taught. Success is not luck. It is a practiced discipline. God-given purpose is not a concept. It is a destination.
He founded Inspire Build Motivate because he saw what was missing. Not motivation. Not inspiration. A place. A compound. Somewhere a person could walk in broken and walk out launched, schooled, housed, and established in a career they built with their own hands.
But a vision this big was never meant to be carried alone. Jeremiah brought together a team of leaders who share the conviction and supply the discipline, structure, and integrity the mission demands. Together they have run programs for over a decade. Now they are building the infrastructure to do it permanently.
The first compound in San Antonio, TX will be a physical address where transformation is not a concept but a daily reality. It takes $3.6 million to open it. If you believe every person deserves access to their God-given potential, no matter where they started, this is your mission too.
The Team Building the Vision
Jeremiah's vision became real because he did not build alone. These are the leaders who turn the vision into a working compound.
